We understand that your initial visit at a doctor’s office can be stressful.
We promise to work in partnership with you to make it an enjoyable and successful encounter.
Your first visit will be a pretty standard affair. You can expect initial paperwork and an explanation of charges (government required). We will sit down together for a consultation to ensure that we have a good verbal understanding of what brings you to the office. We will then undertake an exam to include vital signs, palpation, range of motion, orthopedic, neurological exams and specific exams for your area.
We will discuss diagnostic imaging if necessary; we have digital x-ray capabilities in our office, no need to refer out. Once we have secured a working diagnosis, we will discuss your personalized course of care. We will make appropriate referrals when necessary. At any time during your course of care, especially early on, we encourage questions and comments. Our goal is to get you feeling well as quickly as possible and with little stress.
