Avant LZ30 Pro Z

Avant's LX30 Pro Z Near-Infrared & Red Light Combination Laser
(Low-Level Laser Therapy)

The LZ30 Pro Z laser combines both infrared and red light wavelength to provide a therapeutic grade therapy that can't be achieved in at-home based red light therapy treatments.  The "LZ30 laser is FDA approved and has the highest power in its class—1,000mW of visible red and 1,400mW of infrared wavelengths. Clinical evidence demonstrates increased power within Class 3B lasers improves therapeutic outcomes."

Low-level laser therapy (LLLT) helps promote faster healing and recovery from various inflammatory-based ailments by increasing cellular activity as exposure to this light increases blood-flow and cellular energy production, through a process called photobiomodulation. Although some of the applications of LLLT are considered to be experimental, under most insurances at this time, there are various evidence-based sources of animal and human based research that shows that LLLT may benefit a vast amount conditions.

This powerful hand-held healing tool has an accumulative affect on the body; meaning that the best results can come from multiple treatment sessions. As of 2025, the World Association for Laser Therapy (WALT) recommends 6-12 treatments for initial therapeutic effects. Although up to 3 treatments per day is acceptable, most protocols suggest 2-3 visits per week for 4-6 weeks when starting LLLT. Though multiple sessions is that standard to care, some conditions may even show immediate responses following the first few treatments. In addition, the resulting affects of each treatment can last from days to several months dependent on the condition and total amount of treatment received, as each person and their ailment will require an individualized approach to care and, in some cases, periodic follow up care to maintain the acquired changes.

For more information about how LLLT might apply to your condition, please call the office and schedule an examination with Dr. Taronté Venable, lead chiropractic physician and board-certified chiropractic neurologist, today.
